Oh, hell, Kevin. Bechamel and all? I might as well throw in the dishtowel. EXCEPT! I gots lots of outrageous flavors going on. And a little sploosh of cream will always make up for when you didn't coax any Bechamel into being. (I didn't.) Jan. 5. Bring it on.
Seriously Good, I am so ready for a little homemade Mac and Cheese! 1st time for me, to not coax an orange glob of cheez-food onto boxed macaroni! I am inspired and ready!
It's totally a homemade mac and cheese kind of day. I have it planned for later in the week. Might have to deviate and make it sooner rather than later!
This sounds good to me. I printed out a recipe for what sounds like a killer mac and cheese a while backāthis must be the excuse to make it that I've been looking for!
Kevin, I've been wanting to share a little more with the rest of the bloggers out there, so I took you up on the mac-n-cheese-off and managed to post a little something about it.....californio mac-n-cheese.
What timing, sir! Mac-n-Cheese was on the menu for last night even before I saw your post...this made making it for the party even more fun--so Thank You!
I know, I know...this recipe is so LAST YEAR...but, in my defense, it not only has bechemel but also BACON...so I thought maybe you'd let me slip in with an old post: Herby Macaroni and Three Cheeses

No outrageous flavors here, I'm keeping it simple.
