Granitas
Granita by Any Name Would Taste as Sweet

Lovely! After enticing us with pillows of creamy buttermilk and pineapple, I was so afraid you'd nixed his version entirely! So glad, not!
Alanna,
The orange was my favorite, especially if you can find blood oranges.
I love, love, love granitas, but just don't have the patience to stir every half hour or so.
I loved the description of the fluffy crystals bursting in your mouth- I'm hungry!
S'kat,
"don't have the patience to stir every half hour or so. "
That was my father's problem. But it's sure worth it.
Kevin-
I am so disappointed!! After practically BEGGING you for a hands-on cooking class - I just got the new schedule from Glass Bazaar and I'm absolutely sick! The hands-on (!!!) class that you are offering is right in the middle of a conference in Detroit and I'm going to have to miss it! Are you planning any more like this?
Thanks!
Andrea
Andrea,
This is the first hands-on class we've tried, if it goes well we'll do more next winter.
